Continue your journey with a relaxed tasting flight and local cheese pairing at Westcott Vineyards, a family-run favourite on the Beamsville Bench. Then round out your day at the historic Henry of Pelham, where six generations of Niagara winemaking meet modern flair.

Redstone Winery
Kick things off at Redstone Winery, where every glass tells a story. During this interactive Wine 101 session, you’ll explore the art of tasting, discovering how aromas, textures, and flavours all come together to make each wine unique. The expert team at Redstone will guide you through why you gravitate toward certain wines (and maybe avoid others), helping you unlock your own wine style. By the end, you’ll leave feeling like a pro; confident, curious, and ready to make wine approachable and fun for anyone you share a glass with.
Flat Rock Cellars
Next up, go behind the cellar door at Flat Rock Cellars, one of Niagara’s most innovative wineries on the Beamsville Bench. You’ll explore their sustainable vineyards before heading inside their impressive five-level gravity-flow facility, a modern marvel of winemaking. Led by a passionate team member, this private tour takes you through every step of the winemaking process, from vine to glass. Sip as you go and discover how Flat Rock crafts their signature cool-climate Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs that showcase Niagara’s unique terroir.
Westcott Vineyards
Nestled along the Beamsville Bench, Westcott Vineyards is a small, family-run gem known for crafting elegant, small-lot Chardonnays and Pinots that truly capture Niagara’s cool-climate character. Guests will enjoy a guided tasting flight paired with a local artisan cheese board the perfect combo for slow sipping and easy conversation. Henry of Pelham

TOUR COST
$175.00 per person + tax
Tour price includes round-trip local transportation and all tour fees. All tours are private and available for groups of four or more guests as quoted Sunday through Friday. Saturday groups require a minimum of six guests.
