Château des Charmes Winery

This family estate winery is set among 35-hectares of pristine vines in the St. David’s Bench. Founded in 1978 by Canadian wine-industry visionary Paul Bosc, the winery continues to innovate with pioneering viticulture research. Wines ranging from well-structured single-vineyard wines to bold reds built for aging, are crafted by Amélie Boury from grapes grown on the winery’s own farms using sustainable farming techniques.

Guests will explore flavours through a delectable tasting of four of our favourite gourmet snacks with four complimenting wines from the Estate Grown & Bottled series. The guide will help to demystify the art of food and wine pairing while you sip and snack.

Between The Lines Winery

Over the past 10 years Between The Lines process has been perfected through experimenting with the various techniques and exploring inventive winemaking methods led by winemakers Greg and Yannick Wertsch. The result is a distinguished portfolio of wines that possess a precise flavour and appeal to new wine drinkers and the most seasoned palates. Experience wines from one of Niagara's smallest batch producers. Taste through the Wertsch brothers exciting wines sourced from on site vineyards in the heart of the Four Mile Creek DVA.

Reif Estate Winery

One of Niagara-on-the-Lake’s founding family wineries, established in 1982 by Ewald Reif and later acquired by nephew Klaus W. Reif. Today, Reif produces wines from its vineyard first planted in 1977. 

During the summer months you'll take part in an outdoor tour & tasting. Enjoy a 45 minute walking tour of the vineyard where you will sip on 3 of their signature wines while getting a behind the scenes look of what goes in to making their award-winning wines!

The Cannery @ Pillar & Post

Executive Chef Mark Longster brings local flavours to the table with a menu crafted with ingredients from the Niagara region. The Cannery Restaurant is one of the top spots in town and our guests will enjoy a three-course dinner.

 

TOUR COST WITH DINNER

$250.00 per person + tax

Tour price includes round-trip local transportation and all tour fees. All tours are private and available for groups of four or more guests as quoted Sunday through Friday. Saturday groups require a minimum of six guests.
