  KONZELMANN ESTATE WINERY

The arrival of winemaking pioneer Herbert Konzelmann from Germany in 1984 gave the Niagara wine industry a boost of confidence and experience. Since then Konzelmann Estate Winery has gone on to earn countless national and international awards. Konzelmann, Niagara’s only lakefront winery focuses on cool-climate varieties including Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir and Merlot. The winery prides itself on offering a friendly, informative and educational experience. Here you will savour a tasting of Herbert Konzelman's mouth-watering wines grown on the Niagara Lakeshore DVA.

 CAROLINE CELLARS

The Lakeit family – with a half-century of farming history behind them – opened Caroline Cellars in 2002. Focusing on fresh and approachable wines made by Rick Lakeit and Assistant Winemaker, Victor Blaney, the award-winning portfolio includes both white and red varietals, a small selection of fruit wine and critically acclaimed and awarded Icewine.

RIVERVIEW CELLARS ESTATE WINERY

Sam and Lina Pillitteri began converting their Niagara River orchard into a vineyard in the early ‘90s, and opened Riverview in 2000. Since then, Riverview has cultivated a reputation for offering a hospitable experience featuring a range of wines for every palate made by their new winemaker and local, Alyssa Bator. Popular varietals include Gewürztraminer, Pinot Grigio, Cabernet Sauvignon as well as a rare Reserve Malbec. Here learn about the production of small lot wines and sip on hidden gems while enjoying a local cheese plate.

BETWEEN THE LINES ESTATE WINERY

Over the past 10 years Between The Lines process has been perfected through experimenting with the various techniques and exploring inventive winemaking methods led by winemakers Greg and Yannick Wertsch. The result is a distinguished portfolio of wines that possess a precise flavour and appeal to new wine drinkers and the most seasoned palates. Experience wines from one of Niagara's smallest batch producers. Taste through the Wertsch brothers exciting wines sourced from on site vineyards in the heart of the Four Mile Creek DVA.

Credit card payment in full is required at time of booking. Tours that have to be canceled due to government imposed restrictions are non-refundable, however, a full credit will be applied towards a future tour. Regular cancellation(s) may be made up to 14 days in advance of your tour and a refund will be provided, less a $15 per person administration fee (to a maximum of $75). Tours canceled within 14 days are 100% non-refundable, however, may be rescheduled for another date within the next 12 months. Tours canceled within 7 days are 100% non-refundable and may not be rescheduled. Pillitteri Estate Winery

Since arriving in Niagara, Canada in 1948, the Pillitteri family has been committed to creating a legacy for generations to follow. Now, over six decades later, Pillitteri Estates Winery proudly continues a family tradition of viticulture and winemaking excellence. Enjoy a thrity minute tasting experience featuring 4 wines from the Pillitteri tasting flight menu. Winemaker Aleksandar Kolundzic joined the Pillitteri team at the beginning of the 2010 harvest and brings with him 20 years of experience and expertise in wine making.

Jackson Triggs Niagara Estate

Established in 2001, the Jackson-Triggs Niagara Estate Winery is one of the most technologically advanced winemaking facilities in Canada . Awarded “Best Canadian Winery” an unprecedented number of times in international and domestic competitions with an emphasis on crafting super and ultra premium VQA wines.Guests will enjoy the winemakers tasting flight, including a sample of sparkling, white and red. A host will explain each wine and guide you through a bit of the process of making the product.

Peller Estates 10-Below Zero Experience

Frigid fun awaits, thanks to the all-new 10Below Peller Icewine Lounge. Step inside the igloo-like lounge, constructed from over 13,000 kilograms of ice. Sample Peller Icewine and snap sub-zero selfies set against a glistening backdrop of unique ice objects, including sculptures, an ice lounge chair, and even an ice chandelier.

Chateau des Charmes

This family estate winery is set among 35-hectares of pristine vines in the St. David’s Bench. Founded in 1978 by Canadian wine-industry visionary Paul Bosc, the winery continues to innovate with pioneering viticulture research. Wines ranging from well-structured single-vineyard wines to bold reds built for aging, are crafted by Amélie Boury from grapes grown on the winery’s own farms using sustainable farming techniques. Guests will enjoy a flight of three sparkling wines (Brut, Rosé and Blanc de Blancs) finishing with a sparkling cocktail featuring Cabernet Icewine. Served with the flight? Popcorn of course! It’s the ultimate bubbly, salty and sweet pairing.

Enjoy a three-course lunch at OliV at Strewn Winery. A real-gem, yet one of Niagara’s best-kept secrets! Strewn produces award-winning wines that truly represent the Niagara terroir, displaying varietal nuances and relecting vintage variation. Winemaker Marc Bradshaw crafts age-worty Bordeaux-style reds, elegant barrel-fermented Chardonnays and refreshing aromatic whites.
