FLAT ROCK CELLARS

Since opening in 2005, Ed Madronich has injected fun and enthusiasm into both the wine and the winery experience. The five-level gravity-fed winery sits atop the escarpment with an incredible 360° view of the vineyards, Lake Ontario and the Toronto Skyline. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, made by David Sheppard, are the winery’s focus but the Rieslings, especially Nadja’s Vineyard, are consistently recognized among Canada’s best.

CALAMUS ESTATE WINERY

Located adjacent to Balls Falls, enjoy the 200-year-old barn, 3 leveled seated patio’s overlooking the vineyard, and walking trails on the property. Taste award-winning wines from vineyards that produce only the highest quality Niagara vinifera and hybrid grapes.

2027 CELLARS

2027 Cellars was started in 2007 by winemaker Kevin Panagapka and his wife Jodie. Named after the grower number allotted for the vineyard, this winery, based out of Calamus Estate Winery, focuses on terroir-driven, single-vineyard Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Riesling, Pinot Gris and Cabernet Franc from the Niagara Escarpment. The focus on ‘Terroir’ and the individuality of each single vineyard creates wines with a sense of place, quality and personality.  

DI PROFIO ESTATE WINES

Di Profio Estate Wines is one of Ontario’s smallest wineries located near the village of Jordan. The 12-acre site features eight varieties of grapes, and a uniquely shaped gravity flow winery. In its six year existence this boutique winery has accumulated 114 awards under the care of winemaker Fred DiProfio.

VINELAND ESTATES WINERY

For over 30 years Vineland Estates Winery has offered an unparalleled wine and food experience within a setting of breathtaking vistas and welcoming warmth. Vineland is passionately committed to authenticity and excellence in all things and has been singled out as a top producer of award-winning Riesling and Cabernet Franc, crafted by winemaker Brian Schmidt.

After many years as a Niagara winemaker, Ilya Senchuk and wife Nadia followed their dream to produce world-class, terroir-driven wines from unique plots of land across Niagara. Thirty Bench Winery 

Nestled in the Beamsville Bench appellation of the Niagara Peninsula, the Thirty Bench Wine Makers portfolio includes a diverse range of award-winning wines across nine varietals. The Small Lot approach has been recognized with critical acclaim, including recent awards for both Small Winery of the Year and Winemaker of the Year.  

Organized Crime Winery

Situated on a picturesque parcel of land on the acclaimed Beamsville Bench, Organized Crime’s vista of gently rolling vineyards with the sparkling sapphire of Lake Ontario in the distance is a sight to behold. Established in 2006, this tiny producer specializes in small-batch, hand-crafted premium wines made from 100% estate-grown grapes. Their distinctive and elegant Bordeaux blends, hauntingly floral and complex Pinot Noir and zesty mineral-driven Riesling are just a few of the distinctive wines made by talented winemaker Greg Yemen.

This group tour is designed for a relaxed, fun and informative day out in wine country. There is a real emphasis here on outdoors at the stunning vineyards and an overview of the wine making process from grape to bottle. Much of this tour will take place outdoors in warmer seasons, weather permitting.

Back 10 Cellars is a small 10-acre vineyard located between Beamsville and Vineland that is producing small-batch wines made from low-yielding vines planted in the red soils of the Lincoln Lakeshore sub-appellation. Look for artisanal, award-winning Sparkling, Riesling, Cabernet Franc, Rosé, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wines, grown by Andrew and Christina Brooks and crafted by winemaker Dave Johnson, from this boutique operation.

Savour a lovely picnic style lunch here catered by Bench Kitchen and enjoy a tasting flight of VQA wines. Lunch here includes a fresh salad, gourmet sandwich, dessert & bottled water.

Featherstone Estate Winery

David Johnson and Louise Engel have poured their hearts into this 23-acre, eco-friendly estate tucked into the Niagara Escarpment. Riesling best captures the terroir, but winemaker David Johnson also crafts award-winning Sauvignon Blanc, Rosé, Cabernet Franc and Chardonnay. 

Henry of Pelham Family Estate Winery

Located in Niagara’s Short Hills Bench appellation, Henry of Pelham Family Estate Winery is owned and operated by brothers Paul, Matthew, and Daniel Speck. Featuring the original buildings of the Speck family’s forefathers, and a state-of-the-art wine production facility, Henry of Pelham offers a portfolio that’s as rich as its history.

Cave Spring Vineyard Tasting Room

New for 2021, the winery’s second tasting room is nestled at the heart of its iconic Cave Spring Vineyard on the Beamsville Bench. In 1997, Michael Kacaba launched Kacaba Vineyards, saving prime Benchland from a developer’s bulldozer. Today, Michael and his team craft a full range of wines, including their highly awarded estate grown Syrah (Ontario’s oldest plantings). With a view across Lake Ontario to Toronto, guests will sample wines with multiple awards from Canadian & International competitions, including the Decanter World Wine Awards (UK). Greenlane Estate Winery

Nestled along the Niagara Escarpment in the Twenty Valley region, a GreenLane Estate Winery experience is like no other. REDSTONE WINERY 

Red Stone is the latest venture by Moray Tawse and his award-winning winemaking team of Paul Pender and Rene Van Ede. In his quest to explore terroir, he purchased the 38-acre Lincoln Lakeshore property in 2009. The winery is named for its red clay soil and large stones, perfect for late-ripening varietals. The hospitality centre is home to a tasting room, restaurant and patio.

Enjoy a fabulous vineyard lunch that includes a fresh salad, a personal wood-oven pizza and a glass of wine.
