2027 Cellars was started in 2007 by winemaker Kevin Panagapka and his wife Jodie. Named after the grower number allotted for the vineyard, this winery, based out of Calamus Estate Winery, focuses on terroir-driven, single-vineyard Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Riesling, Pinot Gris and Cabernet Franc from the Niagara Escarpment. The focus on ‘Terroir’ and the individuality of each single vineyard creates wines with a sense of place, quality and personality.
