Redstone Winery & Restaurant
Next, head to Redstone Winery & Restaurant, where bold wines meet equally bold flavours. Named for the striking red clay soil and stones that shape its vineyards, Redstone is all about terroir-driven, expressive wines that capture the spirit of Niagara. Here, you’ll sit down to a fabulous vineyard lunch featuring a fresh salad, a personal wood-oven pizza, and a glass of wine, all served with sweeping vineyard views and warm hospitality.
Malivoire Wine Company
A pioneer in sustainable winemaking, Malivoire Wine Company has been setting the standard on the Beamsville Bench since 1995. With its unique gravity-flow winery and focus on minimal intervention, Malivoire produces bright, expressive cool-climate varietals, from crisp Chardonnay and Pinot Gris to elegant Pinot Noir and vibrant Rosé. Flat Rock Cellars
Wrap up your day with a guided experience at Flat Rock Cellars, one of the most innovative wineries in the region. Perched atop the Niagara Escarpment, this five-level, gravity-flow winery offers stunning 360° views of the vineyards, Lake Ontario, and the Toronto skyline. Tour price includes round-trip local transportation and all tour fees. All tours are private and available for groups of four or more guests as quoted Sunday through Friday. Saturday groups require a minimum of six guests.
